We also briefly mentioned that parents who don’t think the child is being provided for might be able to take action in court.
We know that you only want your children to be taken care of so that they can enjoy life. You want to know that the child can eat, have a roof over his or her head and do things that children do.
The fact of the matter is that parents who don’t pay child support and those who don’t use the child support to support the child can lead to the child not having the things he or she should. In these cases, the other parent might choose to bring the issues to the court’s attention.
If you should be receiving child support but aren’t, you might opt to head to court. If you feel that the amount of child support is too great or too small, you might decide to seek a modification.
